Is SurgeFlow membership free?

Yes. Membership, the Quest companion app, and the current member API beta are all free, with no payment card required. Quest is itself in beta: sign-in and optional cross-device sync work today, and the app has not yet completed its pre-release acceptance checks.

What do members receive?

Does a key unlock data I cannot otherwise read?

Yes. A member key unlocks the complete Daily Notes workspace and the AI committee's per-seat reasoning on each graded name, including the evidence field each seat cited, any dissent or veto, and the named reason where a value is withheld. Market screens, hotlists, the public AI meeting record, ownership, factors, and methodology remain readable without an account. The same key also connects your Quest sync (beta) and email preferences.
